Pink Beauty Dragon Fruit is an exciting new variety producing white flesh with sweet flavour and attractive pink skin with green fins. Known for its excellent eating quality, this variety has a high sweetness level (around 18 Brix), making it one of the sweeter dragon fruit types available.
 
 This self-fertile dragon fruit plant can produce fruit without the need for cross-pollination, making it ideal for home gardeners. The fruit has a vibrant tropical appearance and is perfect for fresh eating, smoothies, fruit salads and desserts.
 
 Pink Beauty is a vigorous climbing cactus that grows well in warm climates like Perth and Western Australia. It performs best when trained on a strong trellis, post or support structure, allowing the long stems to hang over and produce fruit.
 
 It can also be grown successfully in large containers using a quality potting mix. Regular feeding during the warmer months and moderate watering during the growing season will help encourage strong growth and fruit production.
