Q: Do you deliver?
Yes, we do!. Our delivery dates are from  Thursday to Sunday. 

If you need delivery on a different day, or would like your order to arrive on a specific date for a gift, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

No deliveries on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, however, if we are able to place your order with a courier, you may receive your order sooner. 

Q: Do you charge for delivery?
Yes & No! Our delivery has been set based on radius from 6000.

Q: What if I change my mind and want to return my plant?
We offer full-money back guarantee for all purchase made on our website. It is your responsibility to return the plants to us in the condition you received within 24 hours. Of course, if the plant has not yet been delivered, just call us and we’ll discuss your options.
When the plants reach your care, you must care for them immediately. We are not responsible if the plants die under your care.

Q: Can you get me a plant that’s not on the website?
Yes …. if you want something that’s not on our website, we can source your plant for you. So, if you are looking for something, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do you sell plants wholesale?
No, we do not sell plants wholesale.

Q: Is your nursery open for public walk-in
No, we are online nursery. We have built this business designed for you to shop in the comfort of your home. So we have added the real plant images on the website for your reference. So when you are on the product page click the main image and swipe to view plant sizes.
