How to Access the Reward Center
Accessing the Rewards Portal is easy and convenient. Use your username and password to log in.
If you don’t remember your login credentials, follow the ‘Forgot Username/Password’ instructions on the login page. For any further difficulties, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Navigating the Dashboard
The my account page is your go-to location for everything concerning your rewards. You’ll find your reward points balance here, as well as the options to earn, redeem, or transfer your reward points.
You can also update your profile, view your transaction history, and explore all the rewards you earned.
Viewing Your Reward Points
Your total reward points are displayed in the first column. From there you can view a detailed summary of your points activity – points earned, redeemed, transferred, or expired.
Earning Reward Points
You can earn reward points in several ways – purchasing more products, reaching specific point levels, or completing certain tasks.
The ‘How to Earn Points’ section on this page details all available methods of earning more points.
Redeeming Reward Points
Once you’ve accumulated enough points (1000 points), you can redeem them via the ‘Manage Points’ section.
Upon redeeming, the corresponding points will be deducted from your total.
Transferring Reward Points
You may transfer your reward points to other people as a token of appreciation or gift. To transfer, go to ‘Manage Points’ and Convert points in a coupon code.
Note that points transfers are immediate, irreversible, and will show in the history of your points.
