Honolulu Queen Dragon Fruit Pitahaya

Honolulu Queen Dragon Fruit, also called Red Pitaya (My Red) is a tropical fruit. It's bright red on the outside with green spiky leaves that look like flames. Inside, its flesh is red in colour, sweet and filled with black seeds. Not many know it grows on a climbing cactus named Hylocereus. This cactus has big white flowers that bloom only at night, known as 'Lady of the Night' or 'Moonflowers'. Originally from southern Mexico and North America, the fruit was brought to Southeast Asia by the French in the early 19th century.
