According to TheEpicentre, Kaffir Lime leaves are a member of the citrus family responsible for the distinctive lime-lemon aroma and flavour that are an indispensable part of Thai and, to a lesser extent, Indonesian cooking.
If you like lemongrass in your cooking than you would surely like the smell of Kaffir leaves adding aroma in your cooking. Buying the frozen leaves from the Chinese Oriental shops is expensive and the smell if not that great. We encourage you to have this plant in your garden.
